THE SCHEME
Chamber members are eligible for a free annual utilities assessment. This gives your organisation all the professional support needed to stem energy wastage and purchase gas and electricity at the most competitive prices. We can also help you to reduce your water bill and manage your wastewater. You can also benefit from a comprehensive range of services to meet all your energy management needs.

Energy procurement
Use Chamber Utilities™ group purchasing power and expertise to make impressive savings. Arrange flexible or fixed contracts with a customer support team on hand to guide you and deal with suppliers on your behalf.
Utilities audit
Paying for energy you don’t use? As part of the procurement service Chamber Utilities™ look for incorrect charging from suppliers, check your KVA (power supply) and Maximum Demand (highest level of consumption). Your Power Factor will also be analysed.
Energy efficiency surveys
Reduce your bills and carbon emissions. Free Carbon Trust surveys are available to qualifying sites – typically identifying opportunities to reduce consumption by 10 to 30%. Other surveys for heating, lighting, CHP and new build advice are also available.
Water surveys
Flush out spiralling costs. Wasting water through inefficiency could be costing you. A water survey will audit your consumption, analyse your bills, provide recommendations and seek compensation, where applicable.
